we send out emails? |

No! If you receive an email from
anyone claiming to be us, please contact us immediately
as we do not send out emails of any kind. If you contact
us directly we will respond to your questions and
will be happy to aid you in any questions you may
have about our service or our website. If you are
an existing customer, Millenium Pharmaceuticals, LLC.
will send you a refill notification reminder when
you are eligible for a refill, these are the only
emails relating to your order.

Is a medical examination
required for the Online Prescriptions? |

Whether you are
ordering Fioricet, Tramadol, Viagra etc., as long as
you have recently had a physical examination it's not
necessary to have a full examination again to determine
need of medication. Medical personnel in all fields
prescribe medicine after reviewing the medical history
only. A review of the past history is then equivalent
to an online review and is able to determine the basic

However, if you are still worried you are welcome to
have a physical examination first through your own doctor
and then order online.

is the difference between a new order and a refill? |

new order is any order that you place through either
our website or call center for the very first time.
This means you can generate a new order status for every
new product you choose to order from us. If you have
ordered a specific product from us in the past and already
gone through the physicians review successfully, then
you are considered to be a refill order. Refill orders
will be filled immediately. Certain
medications require a physicians review every time
you order, those medications are treated as new orders
every time.

Currently our line of prescription medications focus
on the drugs people may have trouble ordering in real
life. (i.e. Fioricet, Tramadol,
Viagra etc.)
Drugs like Cialis and Propecia may
cause many people undue embarrassment in talking about
or purchasing. By being able to purchase online and
have the drugs shipped right to your home, much of
that embarrassment can be alleviated. We encourage
you to check back often as our selection of prescription
drugs is always expanding.

are your shipping policies? |
Once your Online Prescription Order
is approved by the Physician, it will be forwarded
to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Orders placed before
12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are shipped out the
same day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. it
will be processed and shipped on the following day.
Orders are shipped from Business day to Business day,
we do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday. We will
notify you only if there is a problem with your order.
If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your
order in being processed.
All orders are shipped by FedEx
delivery. The Cost for FedEx Overnight is $18 and
for 2 Day Delivery $12.
We do not ship to Florida,
Kentucky, Missouri or Nevada.
Federal Law prohibits refunds
or exchanges of prescription medicine.

is the return policy on medication? |
You may cancel your order before
it is shipped by contacting Us. During after hours
you may leave a voice mail message. If the order has
not yet been approved by the physician, we will cancel
your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician
has approved it.
